How to use the letter set:

We recommend lightly embossing the letters to make the messages visible. The deeper the embossing, the more difficult it can be to color. If you want a deeper embossing, you can fill your letters with edible glitter, royal icing, piping gel, airbrush, or sprinkles.

To remove the letters from the mold, you can use a small amount of fondant and use it to pull the letters out. Another option is to use a scribe/toothpick to carefully loosen the letters.

You have easier handling with the pickup pad. It provides even embossing and more control over placement, especially on the sides of your cake. Here you will find the pickup pad.

If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the distance and apply it by hand.
