We started in 2020 with our own brand CutmyCookies. At that time we specialized in 3D printed cookie cutters or as we would say here in Switzerland: cookie cutters. We have always been fascinated by these amazing sugar cookies decorated with royal icing and that is why we wanted to offer everything you need to make such cookies. Whether for birthdays, weddings or holidays, at CutmyCookies we have the right cookie cutters for all occasions. Since we keep getting requests for cake and cupcake accessories, we wanted to expand our range and that's how Backshopschweiz.ch came about. Oil-based food colorings are excellent for coloring high-fat doughs like buttercream and chocolate. They allow for creative baking with rainbow effects and do not affect the taste. Gel colors offer vibrant results for royal icing and are easy to measure, while color pastes provide concentrated pigments for marzipan and fondant.
