What material are the CutmyCookies cutters made of?
Our cookie cutters are all made with food grade material. It is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable, natural resources.
The material has been tested and approved in a Swiss laboratory.
How do I care for the CutmyCookies cutters?
The cutters should not be placed near objects that are too warm or too hot, and NOT in the dishwasher. Simply rinse the biscuit molds with a little washing-up liquid and warm water and dry them.
Can I only use the cutters for cookies?
You can use our cutters for biscuit dough, puff pastry, fondant, marzipan, chocolate as well as for soap making, clay and other materials.
Can I also request my own designs for the cookie cutters?
Would you like your own cookie cutter? Your logo, your own drawing or a design that is not yet available in the shop? Feel free to contact us. The prices depend on the complexity of the design. The only thing we don't do is Disney characters, logos of well-known brands or other copyright designs. Unfortunately we do not have a license for this. But otherwise almost all forms are feasible. Questions about prepayment or bank transfer
What does prepayment or advance payment mean?
Prepayment is a simple and secure payment method available to you if you don't want to pay for the order with a credit card, PayPal or Twint.
If you pay in advance, you first pay in the requested amount. As soon as we have the amount in our account, we will send your order immediately. We check the payments every day, so we can guarantee you a fast delivery.
Please note that it is very important that you always state your order number as the reason for payment. This is the only way to guarantee fast processing and to assign your payment to your order. Without correct information, shipping may be delayed.
Please note that we can only ship the order after receipt of payment without exception.

I paid in advance, when will I get my order?
We check incoming payments every day and ship within 1-2 days. If you have not received a shipping notification after 2 days, please contact us.

Questions about processing and shipping
How long does the processing time take?

For orders with cookie cutters (Brand: CutmyCookies), we have a processing time of 2-3 days. Our cookie cutters are individually printed after the order has been received and require approx. 1-1.5 hours of printing time. The orders are processed in sequence.
How long does delivery take?
delivery times
We send our orders by priority mail. So the delivery time is 1-2 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
