White coloring powder to make icing or marzipan whiter. Also suitable for making white paint by mixing some powder with alcohol (Rejuvenator Spirit) or water.
White dyes without titanium dioxide take away the yellow edge, they help to lighten sugar paste and reduce the yellow tint in buttercream and chocolate.
