The Pastel Mixer White makes coloring cake ingredients easy. You can use the oil to color chocolate, buttercream, sugar paste and all fat-soluble food ingredients.

The consistency is a little thicker than other oil-based dye products, but that makes Sugarflair user-friendly.

White dyes without titanium dioxide take away the yellow edge, they help to lighten sugar paste and reduce the yellow tint in buttercream and chocolate.
