This velvety cream is perfect for filling tarts, cakes, puff pastry, choux pastry or cupcakes and can also be served as a wonderful dessert.
Easy to prepare: Just add water, whisk and let it rest briefly – and the Swiss cream is ready to serve.
Preparation: Mix 250 g of the mixture with 550 ml of water on high speed for 5 minutes and let it stand briefly before use.
