FunCakes Ready-to-Use Ganache Dark Chocolate 260 g

FunCakes' ready-to-use ganache boasts an intense dark chocolate flavor. It's incredibly versatile: perfect for coating or filling cakes, creating elegant decorations, using as a chocolate filling, or even for desserts like ice cream and bavarois. Easy to use and firms up in the refrigerator – ideal for both home bakers and professionals.

Applications:

- For filling and covering: sufficient for a cake Ø 20 cm (2 layers) or Ø 25 cm (1 layer).
- For dots on cakes: enough for approx. 20-25 pieces.
- As a chocolate filling: whip with a mixer until the ganache is airy and can be piped perfectly.
- For coating & piping: heat for approx. 1 minute at 340 W in the microwave or in a water bath.
- For a buttercream or soft cake filling: Beat 150g of soft butter with the ganache on high speed for 5 minutes.
