Funcakes Cupcake Baking Mix - 500g

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan oven). The ingredients must be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: 500g mix, 250g (cream) butter, and 5 eggs (250g). Mix the ingredients at low speed for 4 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Line a cupcake tin with baking cups and fill each cup halfway with batter using a spoon or ice cream scoop. Bake the cupcakes for approximately 18-20 minutes.

Fancy some mini cupcakes? With 500g of the baking mix, you can make approximately 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for about 12-15 minutes. You can find the mini cupcake baking pan here.
