Funcakes Sponge Cake Mix - 500g

With this sponge cake mix, you can easily create the base of your cake. This baking mix allows you to make fluffy, tall cake layers of professional quality. You can then cover and decorate them with buttercream.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for a fan-forced oven). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mix, eggs, and water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. The cake already has a wonderful vanilla flavor, but you can also add some lemon zest or other flavorings. Fill a baking pan halfway to two-thirds full with the batter and place it in the oven. Do not open the oven during baking. Let it cool on a wire rack after baking.
