With this cupcake baking mix you can quickly and easily conjure up great cupcakes. You can then decorate them with buttercream .

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: 500g mix, 250g (cream) butter and 5 eggs (250g). Mix the ingredients into a smooth batter on low speed for 4 minutes. Line a cupcake baking tin with baking liners and fill the liners halfway with batter using a spoon or ice cream scoop. Bake the cupcakes for about 18-20 minutes.

Fancy mini cupcakes? With 500 g of the baking mix you can make about 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for about 12-15 minutes. You can find the mini cupcake baking pan here.
Or would you prefer a cake? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for about 60-70 minutes. You can find the cake pan here.

After cooling, you can decorate the cupcakes with buttercream. If you would like to give the cupcakes as gifts, you will find the right transport boxes here.
