With this baking mix, you can easily make delicious and crispy cookies by simply adding butter and eggs. Afterwards, you can decorate them with fondant or royal icing. The cookies' even texture and flat shape make them perfect for this.

You can also use the dough for a pie crust, e.g., for apple pie.

Preparation: Knead 500g of the baking mix with 150g of butter and one egg (50g) to form a firm dough. Roll out to the desired thickness and then chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted) and bake the cookies for 7-10 minutes. They are done when the surface of the cookies is no longer shiny.

Depending on thickness and shape, approximately 25 cookies of 7-10cm are possible.
