Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Blend on high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Fill a baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) with the batter and put it in the oven. Do not open the oven while baking. After baking let cool on a wire rack.
