Funcakes Buttercream Mix - 500g

With this mix, you can create a delicious buttercream. It's perfect for filling and frosting your cake, or as a topping for your cupcakes. The mix already has a vanilla flavor, but you can also combine it with other flavorings. If you'd like to color the buttercream, you can certainly do so. Click here for food coloring.

Preparation:

The ingredients must be at room temperature. For one serving: Combine 125 ml water with 125 g of the mix in a bowl and whisk. Then let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least one hour. Cream 150 g of unsalted (full-fat) butter for about 5 minutes until creamy. Then add a portion of the mixture to the butter and combine. Next, add the remaining mixture. Once all the mixture has been added, beat until you have a smooth buttercream (about 10 minutes). One serving of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake or approximately 12 cupcakes.
