Funcakes Biscuit Cake Mix - Sale MHD

With this sponge cake mix you can easily create the base of your cake. With this baking mix you can create fluffy and high bases in confectioner quality. You can then spread and decorate them with buttercream.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Blend on high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. The cake already has a great vanilla flavor, but feel free to add some lemon zest or other flavorings. Fill a baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) with the batter and put it in the oven. Do not open the oven while baking. After baking let cool on a wire rack.
